  • Our 2026 installation season runs from October 1 through December 15.

  • No. Pricing includes installation only (and décor, if you’ve added our personalized design and shopping service). In most cases, clients provide their own tree. If you’d like us to purchase a tree on your behalf, we can discuss available options during your consultation.

  • Our pricing varies depending on the size of the tree, whether shopping is required, and distance traveled. All pricing is clarified and agreed during the free consultation.

  • Every celebration is unique, and so is its décor budget! To bring our signature statement look to life, we suggest starting around $250 per foot. The final investment depends on the style and quality of materials that best fit your vision, and we'll walk through everything together during your consultation to land on a budget you feel great about. The design/shopping fee and product budget are due at contract signing.

Organization

  • Do you provide the organizing products, or should I purchase them myself?

  • Every project begins with a thoughtful consultation, where we'll tour your space, learn how you live, and uncover the function and feeling you'd love to create. From there, we design a custom plan, edit and sort with care, and style each area with intention so your home feels as beautiful as it is functional. Throughout the process, we'll guide you gently, never rushed, ensuring the final result is both lasting and entirely your own.

  • Our organization services are thoughtfully priced based on the scope of your project, the timeline needed to bring it to life, and the size of the team required to do so. Following your consultation, we'll provide a custom estimate tailored to your space and goals. Booking is secured with a signed agreement and deposit, reserving your dates on our calendar so we can begin curating every detail with care.

  • Our process begins with a consultation to learn about your vision, your space, and the feeling you'd love to experience. From there, we curate a custom design concept, agree to the design plan and estimate, source each piece with care, and bring it all to life on installation day. We recommend reaching out at least 3-4 weeks in advance for seasonal celebrations and 6+ months for Christmas and larger events to ensure your date is reserved.

  • Of course, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Every design is crafted around you, from the colors and textures to the smallest finishing touches. During your consultation, we'll explore your inspiration, preferences, and the story you'd like your space to tell, then create something truly one of a kind.

  • We're proud to serve Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas. For celebrations beyond our local radius, a travel fee may apply to cover the journey, and we're always happy to discuss the details during your consultation.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your installation date. The amount for residential clients varies due to the scope and will be discussed during the free consultation. For commercial customers, the deposit is 25% of the contract amount. Product costs for all clients are due at the time of contract.

  • While rentals aren't currently part of our offerings, we're delighted to provide storage services for our clients, a thoughtful solution for safekeeping your décor between celebrations. An annual storage fee applies for this service.

  • Absolutely! While Christmas holds a special place in our hearts, we're delighted to style porches and spaces year-round, from fresh spring florals and sun-soaked summer settings to rich autumn harvests and wintertime beyond the holidays. We also love celebrating the moments in between, from Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day to the Fourth of July and every holiday worth marking, along with birthdays and other meaningful occasions.
